'Ideal Friends' radio show 10/02/13
Broadcast on ReelHouse FM on Sunday 10th February 2013 the show was dedicated to Bob Marley in the week that would have been his 68th Birthday. A dinosaur was walked past some girls in the West End, whilst Tricky played his usual mix of Funk, NuDisco, Indie, Reggae and Deephouse. Some Classical musical was also played for his regular feature 'Life Moves Pretty Fast'.

'Ideal FRIENDS' RADIO SHOW 03/02/13
Tricky's show on 03/02/13 was dedicated to Paul Simon (Graceland was released the same week in 1987) and as always it went down a storm. Loads of nudisco, funk, brokenbeat mixed up with Indie and lots more. Hiphop was even mixed into INXS (yes, the 80s rock band) and as always a classic retro Indie tune made an appearance. Not enough??! Ok, will an appearance by Queen and Morecambe and Wise satisfy you? We're on then!

Dedicated to the permanently at war Manchester Gallagher clan (A.K.A Oasis) this 'Ideal Friends' radio show featured a heavy dose of funk, hiphop, Indie, nudisco, deephouse and as always mixed up brand new tunes (it's loaded with them) and classic cuts. Even Pink Floyd and The Supremes made an appearance on this setlist. Who would have thought Breakbeat could also go with Motown? Well, apparently it can. :-)

'Ideal friends' radio show 13/01/13
With an 'Ideal Friends' radio show dedicated to David Bowie, the set was heavily 80s and 90s influenced with remixes from Major Tom himself, as well as edits from the likes of Frankie Goes To Hollywood and Yes. Plus, classic HipHop tunes from Chad Jackson (Hear The Drummer Get Wicked) and Jurassic 5 (Concrete Schoolyard). All this and the usual choice cuts of brand new funk, nudisco, indie, breaks, deephouse and folk. Not to forget a jazz / funk / dub version of the classic 80s rock track from Berlin 'Take My Breath Away'. Want some Elvis Presley? He made it onto the playlist as well.

Trickyman dedicated the whole show to Sir George Martin, legendary Producer of The Beatles. The show featured the usual blend of brand new hiphop, funk, indie, breaks, beats, downtempo and nudisco alongside classic tunes from The Stone Roses, The Beatles and The Chemical Brothers. He even mixed together a breakbeat version of The Prodigy's 'Poison' into the classic 1979 soul / disco Randy Crawford hit 'Street Life'. Top notch!
